Shopping Information

1. What are shipping charges to my location?

  • INDIA: Free Shipping
  • UAE: AED 31 per product per 500 gm.
  • US, Canada, Singapore,UK, Australia: 12 USD
    (United States Dollars)  per product per 500 gm.
  • Other Countries: From our end, we try to ship to most of the
    countries with the help of our courier partners. Do reach us at our
    contact page or send us a message on our facebook page with
    your query & you can WhatsApp Us also. In such cases, we take an
    estimate of shipping from our courier partners and pass the same
    information to you.

2. What is the currency available for shopping on the website?

  • You can shop on the website in INR (Indian Rupee) or USD (United States Dollars). You can change the currency indicator by clicking on the button next to “CALL US”

3. Do product prices vary from country to country?

  • The product price remains same irrespective of the country you shop from. Only the shipping prices change depending upon your delivery location. ( Bul Order Pricing Varies )

4. How much time will it take for my product to get delivered?

  • All shipments (In India and worldwide) are delivered in 4-7 business days once the order is received.

In case you order a

  • NAMEPLATE, the team will get in touch with you for the customisation. Nameplate orders take 7-15 business days to get delivered
  • FURNITURE product, the production will take 15-21 business days and delivery will take another 5-7 business days.

5. I'm not able to apply my coupon code, what should I do?

  • Most of our coupons are not valid on products from Deals (www.druarts.com/deals/) and Furniture Section (www.druarts.com/all-furniture/). Make sure when applying a coupon, your cart does not contain any product from the above two categories. You can also reach out to us for further queries.

6. What payment options are available for me?

  • INDIA: Cash On Delivery, Credit & Debit Cards, Net-Banking.
    *Some locations in India might not be available on Cash On Delivery
  • Other Countries: PayPal.
    *We strongly suggest using Paypal Option, if paying from locations outside India. Paypal has a seamless experience and a near perfect go through rate.

7. What if my product is damaged in transit?

  • INDIA: In such cases, please send an email at care@druarts.com within 48 hours of delivery. Do mention your order number and attach a few snapshots of the damaged product. After investigation, DruArts will ship the replacement against the damaged product (Free Of Cost) or will issue a credit note of same value, valid for one year.   • Other Countries: In such cases, please send an email at care@druarts.com within 48 hours of delivery. Do mention your order number and attach a few snapshots of the damaged product. After investigation, DruArts will ship the replacement against the damaged product (Free Of Cost) or will issue a refund against the order. Read more about our refund policy here.

8. Are there any taxes and customs duties that I have to pay?

No, all the customs duties and taxes are paid by us in INDIA, For International Orders the taxes and customs duties will be paid by the customer end.

9. What if I want to buy wholesale or for reselling?
