Shipping & Delivery
We strive to deliver products purchased from DruArts in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. For all the purchases made within India, we will deliver the order at your doorstep free of cost. We are providing free Shipping for small handicrafts ( Below 5 kg ) and for the products more than 5kg the shipping charge will be applicable as per Transportation Policy. Shipping charges will be applicable for orders outside India
- If the order is canceled, lost or un-delivered to your desired location, we will refund the complete order amount including the shipping charges**
- No partial refund will be initiated in case you cancel any part of the order
- If you return an order which is delivered to you, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
We dispatch products within 48 hours and it usually gets delivered in next 2 to 3 working days ( as per transportation policy )
To ensure that your order is delivered on-time, please make sure that you enter the correct details of the following:-
1.Provide complete address details with House Number, Floor Number, Street Name and Locality Name along with a Landmark.
2.Enter the correct City, State, and Zip/Postal/Pin Code details. Orders may get misrouted if these details are not correct.
3.Kindly make sure that the Phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable. We will call you for delivery related queries.
