- Pour drinking water (Approximately 80-100 ml) in Jamun Herbal Wooden Tumbler at night. After 8-10 hours the water will turn brown in colour. Consume this coloured water 30 minutes before breakfast. Once again pour drinking water in Jamun tumbler and consume it 30 minutes before dinner.
