Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service at +91-7618429008 (9 AM - 8 PM) or email us at care@DruArts.com. If the order has already been shipped, please inform customer service and do not accept the shipment. You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order is dispatched.

Returns Policy

We accept returns under the following situations:

1.Damaged Items Delivered


If your package appears damaged, and upon opening it, you find the artifact damaged, please call us at +91-7618429008 (9 AM - 8 PM) or email us at care@DruArts.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth returns process:

1. Make a note of the damage on the courier's copy of the airway bill, and retain a copy for your records.
2. If applicable, also add appropriate remarks on the delivery sheet of the courier personnel making the delivery.
3. Notify DruArts directly within 2 days of receiving the Handicraft/Jewellery, providing details of the damage.
4. Send us images of the work with close-ups of the damaged portion(s).

When you contact us, we will discuss replacement, refund, or credit options. If you request a replacement, please ship the Handicraft/Jewellery back in the original packaging materials and container. Once we receive your returned artifact, we will ship a replacement to you at no charge. Initially, you will be responsible for the cost of returning damaged items. Upon confirming that the items were damaged in transit, we will refund the cost of shipping them back to us.

Unfortunately, immediate replacements are not available for one-of-a-kind works (customized Handicraft/Jewellery). In such cases, we will inform you about the feasibility of creating another copy of the same object and the required time.

1.Delivery of Wrong Items – Not According to Your Order

If, upon receipt of the item/s, you find that they do not match your order, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving them. You can call us at +91-7618429008 (9 AM - 8 PM) or email us at care@DruArts.com. Please provide the following information:

1. Details of your order number and the item/s included in your order.
2. Invoice number accompanying your order.
3. Consignment number of the courier’s airway bill.

When you contact us, we will discuss replacement, refund, or credit options. If you request a replacement, please ship the item/s back in the original packaging materials and container. Once we receive the returned item/s and confirm they are in good condition, your originally ordered item/s will be shipped to you at no charge. Initially, you will be responsible for the cost of returning wrongly shipped items. Upon receiving the returned items in good condition, we will refund the cost of your shipping.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 15 days from the date on which DruArts receives returned goods. The refunded amount will be transferred back into the bank account from which it was paid, using Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card.
